2. Definitions

All the Facilities collect personal data:
3.1. when a user uses or enters information into Visasiespejas' websites; when using Visasiespejas services.
3.2. from third parties (e.g. when an employer provides information about a candidate).
3.3. when you contact us for customer service purposes (for example, if you encounter a technical problem)
3.4. if you apply to be a participant in events organised by us
3.5 if you attend events organised by Visas Iespejas
3.6 For authentication purposes (e.g. to confirm a user account).

4.1 Conclusion and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): we process your personal data in order to conclude and perform contracts with you, for example by providing services to you.

7.1 We keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing or as long as required by law.

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
